Read the reviews on Amazon before purchasing. You’ll probably need to flash the BIOS on the amp to fix some power issues. Also, many are saying the amp is under powered.

I agree… I love Klipsch but admit to having a bit of a trust issue with stuff like this despite posting the above self-amplified towers. Properly powered speakers are amazing…

The reviews seem 1/2 baked, from folks that don’t know or understand. The worst score is for the amp only, and not the speakers. Hard to trust reviews these days. Even one complained about Bluetooth short range. Really?!
Klipsch is known for fantastic speakers, and so-so amps. Take that for what it’s worth and this deal is worth the speakers alone.

I’d love to get really big speakers, but I can’t see spending that much at this time. Sure would love if the Klipsch R-15M would drop way below $200.

How well does the app work? Is it AirPlay? Can it do any Eq, bass or treble?
This could make a nice 2 channel starter system connected to a phone, tablet or laptop. The DAC or phono preamp could be upgraded since it has one RCA input. TOSLINK to the TV is a nice feature.
The class D amp might be more automotive grade than hi-fi though.

I just received this today. All I can say is HUGE disappointment. I’m using it on a computer using the toslink (optical) cable. My ancient old Yamaha PC speaker setup is just as good if not better. Also - you MUST get a subwoofer with this unless you enjoy the sound of AM Radio! Not sure if the amp is poor quality or what but if I were you I’d pass on this deal if it ever comes up again - total waste of money! My first experience with Klipsch is not good and very unimpressive! What a drag…
