I’ve owned this for over a year. It’s seriously has amazing sound. I paid more than double this price and would pay it again.

Just received this refurb order. Soundbar and subwoofer came with nothing. No power supplies, no remote, no manual, no mounting bracket. Buyer beware.
Oh no! Klipsch should be able to send them out to you.
If all else fails, contact Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Just received mine yesterday. No user manual, but everything else was there. Big issue is that the subwoofer crackles. Sounds blown. Now I have to deal with the hassle of a return after I already mounted the sound bar on the wall!
Good morning. Sorry about the subwoofer. Did you contact Klipsch to see if you could just exchange the subwoofer with them?
