Good Reviews over at Crutchfield

Talk to me wooters. I know some of you have this. Help out your fellow wooters with a review.

So I wooted one of these here a few weeks ago for $10 more (should’ve waited) but I won’t quibble because it’s hands-down the best soundbar-type system I’ve heard. Beautiful clear sound and easy to set up. This model is being discontinued (the new one adds bluetooth) but at this price, don’t let that deter you, just buy one already. FYI: the box is big enough to be a small detached garage.

I own one of these and it is really great. Looks sleek, sounds awesome, and insanely easy to set up. I managed to get my hands on one a year ago at about this price and it was very worth it.

So true! I recently purchased a bathroom vanity that came in a smaller box.

Sound is great, got 2 weeks ago in the wootoff.

Question for you current owners - any of you OCCASIONALLY experiencing a sound delay? I have comcast box plugged into TV (Hdmi) and then optical cable from TV to soundbar. Every one in a while I can see a sound delay from when their lips are moving…but you also get heady with something like this and start looking for it too much. Let me know if it’s just me. Thanks.

[MOD: That’s an SB-1. We’re selling the SB-3.]

not the same one

Can anyone that has one of these comment on the clarity of the tweeters? I am not at all a fan of the Klipsch horn tweeters. I think they always sound a bit harsh to me. What I’m looking to know is if the reviews that I’ve read for this thing are just giving Klipsch superlatives for being Klipsch, or if they are legit? I’ve always favored the Klipsch styling, but the highs have always bothered me with their products. I guess I’m wondering if, on a smaller scale, the horn tweeters are as harsh.

Thanks in advance for your opinions and insight.

Pretty crazy this started the day at $399 and is now $349. Been wanting a good soundbar to pair with my new Black Friday TV, but the lack of bluetooth is why I was telling myself I wasn’t going to pull the trigger. Now… tough decision.

I have one of the Vizio 5.1 ch sound bars, and it has integrated bluetooth. I’ll be honest, it’s nice, but if it weren’t there I would most likely not miss it. My biggest problem with bluetooth anything is the compression that occurs. When you take compressed music (well, most people have compressed music) and compress it further to send it via bluteooth, I find that there is quality degradation. If you feel like you would get good use out of this without the bluetooth integration, and you like Klipsch products, I’m willing to be that you can’t really go wrong on this. Just my two cents.

Can one of the Woot! staffers please confirm if these will ship to an APO US Military address?

I thought the purpose of a wootoff is to catch an aggressive price on a limited supply? 20 days later and it’s $60 cheaper on the same site… Kind of feel burnt.

Due to the size and weight, we can’t ship these to APO addresses. Sorry.

hi there, I just checked the US Postal Service shipping calculator (http://postcalc.usps.com) and there are no restrictions on sending a package this size/weight to an APO address. Plus the product description page does not indicate there is an APO/FPO shipping restriction either, what seems to be the problem?

I’m sorry. That’s all I know. We’ve corrected the shipping info to include this info.

I bought one in April '14 and I just got a new TV for my bedroom and I’m jumping all over this one!
