Has anyone who ordered these gotten them yet? I have not and the DHL tracking number supplied does not work.

I finally got mine last week. The DHL tracking was dead, but they did track on USPS — first as ‘label created’ for a looooooong time, then as normal once they entered the US.

So try that tracking number on the USPS site!
