Beware! The $20 color cartridge has a black component and the printer arrives set to print from the color cartridge. It uses all the black in the color cartridge and the machine will not print until you replace the color cartridge even though you have never printed a color document.
Another point: The real cost of ink is the cost per page - not the retail price of the cartridge. Their cost per page is atrocious.
Quality is the final straw.
They replaced the first one. The second time they sent 2 replacements to short circuit the anticipated problem solving process. When the 2nd replacement failed I got an HP and gave away the 3rd unopened replacement.
