You can get a 1tb WD Blue SSD for about this price on the mothership.

I don’t know why I ever bother to come to Woot anymore. I miss Woot from the old days, before they ruined it.

I kind of want this just to have an ugly yellow Kodak SSD looking at me from inside my PC.

Haters gonna hate, but this is quirky Woot stuff to me.

PRICE DROP!

Hey there! We twisted arms and were able to get a lower price for you. Buy ALL the SDDs.

If you already purchased, that money will hop back into your pocket soonish!

Blast.

Can you snap photos with them also ?? Then I’ll buy one for posterity !!!

I don’t think you can snap photos with them, however i heard you can snap them with photos.

Can someone please post an actual review for the PRODUCT itself please instead of a bunch of useless Gossip. Has anyone bought any of the 120GB Drives and have you had any issues with them?

Thank You.

i would if i’d actually bought one. the last ssd i bought was i think a crucial branded one and it was shipped in a bubble envelope and arrived bent and broken.

that is more useless information for you, but that is part of what makes woot an enjoyable place to shop. it’s like meeting your friends at the fleamarket and catching up

SSDs are very cheap. The crappy one I bought some years ago is the same price as top tier drives now. Try one of these.

also, sort through some previous opinions and facts from a previous sale of the 480.

I would if I could find a review of them. I found them on Amazon they have 0 Product Reviews.

Besides the fact that the Kodak name and trademark seem to be their most valuable remaining asset, . . .

Did you notice that the 480G drive is clearly labelled “SAT”, NOT “SATA”?

I got some of these last time. They seem to be working OK.

I think all the options are pretty good priced. Not super cheap - but still very good price. I got four 240’s. Saves me a trip to the store and shipping.

Is the 960GB one heavier than the 120GB one? I have a light weight aluminium case, and I dont want to put something heavy in it and bend it. Want to make sure that the case can handle the weight.

There is probably not much difference in weight for the empty drives.
An extra layer of tin foil should do.
And the bits don’t weigh much, even though there are a LOT of them!

will I throw my back out when moving the package from front porch to the computer?

Dropping the price a little bit is nice, but a) not enough, and b) I am in the market for a 2TB ssd.
