Okay. I have waited another 72 hours and still nothing from the Woot Service people. Any idea why I have become a pariah? All I want is some one from Woot to contact me about solving this issue. Woot has my money and I have an empty box.

As a follow up note, I received a NEW camera today, (not the refurbished version in this woot). I ranted twice on this BBS about my problem and Woot silently sent me a new one, I do feel a bit like a twit now. It would have been far better if Woot had sent me one email… but, that was yesterday. Today I love Wooting again. Obviously Woot had to puchase a new camera in order to solve this issue and I am very appreciative.
