Kodiak Men's Carden Chukka Water Proof

I got these last time and my heels hate me for it. I have normal width feet with average arches. Usually a 10.5 or 11 size. Went 10.5 and they still have tons of wiggle room moving front to back. The heel area in these is absolutely cavernous. And the limited lace eyelets, which look nice, mean you can’t snug them well up top. This all combines for furious heel blisters. I’ve tried breaking them in while mowing a few times with no luck. Just more blisters. They’re only good for short, flat ground errands. Luckily they’re ‘stylish’ so I can wear them on a short trip to the store on a rainy day and be satisfied with the cheap price paid, but I was hoping to put more much miles than that in them. Probably a subjective experience given everybody’s feet and gait are different, but just thought I’d mention my experience since they’re an attractive deal.
