These are great sinks. I’ve purchased and installed at least a dozen of them. Every homeowner was exceptionally happy with it. Looks beautiful, well constructed, etc. Just make sure the dimensions are right for you (farmhouse sinks require a compatible cabinet design)
Nice sink. Really nice. But “sound dampening”? … grrrrr.
Saying that a water container has dampening properties is quite correct: it makes things wet.
Oh, did they mean that it’s quiet? Ah, then they mean “sound damping” not “dampening.”
I suppose expecting a high school level vocabulary from marketing droids at a large company is a bit much to ask… which makes me a wet blanket (a damping AND dampening thing)?
