Not all varieties are “wet,” although I think the pork ones tend to be a bit slimy. This jerky has no MSG either (husband has an allergy) so I try to nab some when it comes up. The chipotle flavor is pretty good too.

This stuff is amazing. I was at a beer festival and came across their booth. After a taste test I bought one of each bag.
I like my jerky a little on the tender or “wet” side. This was the perfect middle ground. My favorites were pineapple orange, curry, and honey chipotle. They were just dry enough to be jerky and the flavors were wet enough to be almost “too much”
