Anybody try this stuff, before? I see it’s 8% acidity, so I’m assuming it’s pretty vinegary, but does it have a sweetness like that found in the better balsamics? (Such as the Cavedoni often sold here)
I got it the last time it was on Woot. It’s very good, but no it’s not particularly sweet like balsamic, and unlike balsamic it has a thin consistency.
