Steak, thin; fast, high temp sear. Spice rub, no liquids. Still working on a perfect homemade tortilla. shrug
Son had chosen a new goal. He is a master on BBQ and smoking meat. He won and I eat well.

. Definite win-win! Not to mention spending time with your son. Mine is a great cook too though he lives far away. Spent a couple of weeks with him not too long ago and I was well fed.
