Wow. Got my cheese today, and well, the packaging could use some improvement. The box wasn’t insulated, there was one (thawed) cold pack, the cheese wasn’t cold and was just thrown in the box with a small piece of crumpled paper for protection.
Sorry for the problem. Cheese is usually pretty hardy but if you have any problems, please use the Support form linked at the top of the page to contact customer support for assistance. Include your Woot username and order number for faster service.
Mine too! FedEx range the doorbell and I got the box right away. After opening it, the jar with liquid in it leaked a little and the cheese was room temp (its 26 degrees in Chicago). I put them in the fridge but who knows how long these weren’t cold because the 1 cold pack inside was warm. Still safe to consume?
cheese is fine. it left good and cold and the freeze pack kept it from any prolonged temperature change.
put in fridge and you are good to go.
