These are discounted because they suck. The LEDs start flickering or die and you have to replace the whole fixture and rewire it.
Normally you just replace the bulbs but you can’t on these. I have a friend who ended up having these installed without realizing it by a previous owner and suffice to say they suck. Just spend the money because in the long run you’ll be happy you can just replace the bulb.
