What’s the difference between the two?
I’m having a hard time telling the difference too. The P7 is 6 grams lighter than the T7.

I had the same question and asked LED Lenser directly. Here was their response:
"Hi there Sharon -
Thank you for contacting LED Lenser USA.
You are correct, the only differences between the P7 and the T7 lights is the size & weight. Just as an FYI since it is not listed, the circumference on both lights is also the same; just under 4”.

We have one of each, and for an average user, the size and weight difference is not noticeable. It does seem that there is a slight difference in the focusing of the beam, but not much.
Specs say:
In the box:
(1) LED Lenser 175 Lumen Flashlight
(4) AAA Batteries
Features list:
Includes Carrying Case, Carabineer and Wrist Strap for the T7, but not for the P7.
5 yr warranty is great…providing you keep the receipt I guess.
Does that mean the P7 only includes the flashlight & batteries (no accessories)?
The only other functional difference I can see is that the T7 has the dynamic switch and the P7 doesn’t which increases the weight and length (.4cm & 6g).
I have another flashlight with the dynamic switch feature (NEBO Redline), and can live with it or without it… I don’t change brightness much. Would probably use this on low though… 1 hour for 4 AAA batteries on high…good thing Staples had AAA/AA batteries for “100% reward $” over the holidays. Will need to keep a 16 pack handy.
I bought the P7 back in May…for $24.99.
Whatever happened to products on Selloutwoot! being “last chance deals” priced “for cheapskates”?
Or is “Selloutwoot!” now a description of the company rather than the section?
Meh.
You can get three 250 lumen flashlights of this general shape at Costco for $20 or less every day.
You can’t really call them a sellout until they open they’re 10th “site”… oh… wait.
One hour runtime? LOL
These are extremely well made lights for the money. The beam focusing and dual power features work quickly with one hand and are dialed in just right.
I’ve been a flashlight nut for over four decades. I’ve never seen anything like these for the quality and performance you get for the money.
Ignore the knee-jerk detractors. If you want one light to carry around, don’t hesitate buying one of these.
I agree, these Lenser lights are super. It’s like comparing horsepower. 150 hp in one car does not mean the same performance in another. There are too many other factors. In a flashlight, the lens, the bulb and construction quality make a huge difference. Quality always is worth a few more dollars. I have 2 of an older model and love them
The little yellow triangle on the lens hood of the P7.

I don’t know about these flashlights but they have to be better than the cheap ~ $5 ones I have bought at Office Depot/Home Depot/Sams in the past. I had 3 in my car and a couple of weeks ago, when I needed one, I couldn’t get one of them to work… and it wasn’t because of the batteries. I decided then and there I was getting a better quality replacement. I’ve had good experience with Maglite brand but might give these a try.
