Be warned! Our 10lb dog broke one of these in less then a month, got it replaced by tail light and that one broke in less than a month. These are cheap for a reason. Kinda shady that Amazon/woot is trying to pawn off defective garbage on its customers with its no return policy.
We have a return policy! We didn’t in the olden days but this is a new Woot. Has been for quite a while. As long as you’re within the 90-day warranty period, make sure you reach out to Woot customer support. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
