Beware. I received mine and not Windows, no 128gb ssd, did have 4gb ram and the processor was as stated
When I called woot/amazon they offered me 3 options
- Contact the 3rd party seller and see if they would send me the right computer( I was advised it could take three to four business days to get a response)
- Full refund
- They would refund a.small portion of the price and I could keep the computer…
I chose 3 because it is a a gift for my daughter’s birthday which was only 3 days away at the time of arrival so I didn’t haveuch of a choice. So buyer beware
Not Windows and only a 10gb hard drive!
Update Aug 29th. This laptop died will not turn on plugged in or not. We had this 15 days passed woot warranty… What a crap show!
Go ahead and contact Woot! Customer Service. They may have some options.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
