I am looking to replace my current HP desktop computer. I am wondering if this is a stand alone computer or does it need other components to run ? I have a monitor that I would be using.
Yes. This is a complete computer (not a barebones kit or missing components to run). If you have a display that is compatible, i.e. a display that can connect over DisplayPort or VGA, then you shouldn’t need anything else.
EDIT: One caveat for many – it does NOT have any WiFi capability, so if your current computer connects to the internet using WiFi, you might need to buy a USB dongle to handle that, or run ethernet cable from your router.
