I might be able to do 199 for it. 389? To much

It’s $299… Not sure if they changed the price. $199 almost seems too low.

Processor info…

Intel
Passmark
CPU Boss

This looks to be a Ivy Bridge processor released in 2012 with a Intel® HD Graphics 2500 onboard graphics. Just because it has only VGA and Displaypoint isn’t a limitation. There are Displayport to HDMI and Displayport to DVI adapter cables available.

Windows 7… this is either a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your viewpoint. Be aware that Windows 7 is now in extended support.

Darn. I use windows media center to watch TV and it’s the only thing available right now that will record TV with copy protection. I just ordered a win7 computer for double this cost, as my old computer just died. Mine does have a video card, newer i5, and win10 license, but no SSD, which I had to buy. This computer would be great for a TV-watching computer.

Will I be able to upgrade this to Windows 10 for free?

Yes, you can still upgrade to windows 10 free if you download the utility from Microsoft and run the upgrade manually. It will not come through windows updates.

Anyone know if this will take a evga gtx980 card, it’s like 10 or inches long?
I Still need my 4k fix.

I don’t know, $300 seems a bit pricey for a what, 3rd gen?

Since it’s not wireless, does anyone know if harddrive stored movies on it can be streamed to a TV using something like Plex, or is wireless a necessary feature?

This being a Small Form Factor desktop with only low-profile slots, I would guess no, it won’t fit.

Would you be able to connect it to the internet with an Ethernet cable?

Too far away.

It has amnesia, poor thing has no memory. Ahhh. Let’s tell it it’s Gilligan and binge watch with it.

Don’t do it.

Why?

Unfortunately it wasn’t really Win 7 Pro after all, so don’t kick yourself. It is a Win 10 computer.
:frowning:
