I have been using almost this exact configuration for the last year through work. It has been a great computer, but only saved by the warranty. Within the first three months I have had to replace the screen three times due to pressure cracks (the screen section of the laptop is not very strong), the hard drive failed and I have had constant issues with drivers and bios updates. Lenovo seems to be falling downhill.
I updated to W10 in the fall, but ended up reverting back to W7 after even worse driver issues than before.
I would still recommend it. Its tough besides the screen and now that all the drivers are sorted out I have been problem free.
