CPU Benchmarks

I bought one of these a few months back when they had it on here. I usually have been fine with refurbished, but this took the term to a whole new level. The computer I received was VERY used. It was scratch and dent and missing rubber feet and well… I guess they refurbished it, but I am not sure how. I was very disappointed because I was expecting it to be close to “like new”. Buyer beware.

I have an HP laptop with the E-350 which is similar to the E-450. Not very fast at all. While better than the concurrent Atom processors of the time I was rather disappointed with what the E-350 could not do. There are better options available.

Bought two for the kids last time they came up. One arrived DOA. Warranty claims are through the refurb company and I’m STILL waiting on the replacement. No more electronics from Woot, and maybe no more anything. I’d rather spend extra and have some expectation of reasonable customer service.

Does this laptop allow for two external monitors AND the internal display at the same time?

I can’t determine from the spec sheet or user guide whether it’s supported, so perhaps someone who owns one can verify?

In for 3

Probably because of the lithium batteries that can’t be air-shipped.

I might have nibbled on this deal if it was a Lenovo refurb warranty and if it had at least one USB 3 port. I have always had a bad experience with partially depleted batteries when a company other than the manufacturer refurbs the product.

I bought this for a family member the last time it was on sale and they never activated Windows 7 on it so it didn’t receive updates. When I contacted Woot they wouldn’t resolve this issue satisfactorily so I ended up having to spend almost the cost of the laptop on a real Windows 7 license. With that added expense I could/should have bought something new at a local retailer. Buyer beware.
