Before someone chimes in with a question or comment on it, no, this did not have superfish on it. A lot of people errantly assume that all Lenovo laptops had it; this is not correct. Lenovo never installed it on any ThinkPads.
I bought my daughter a very similar model at Best Buy about a month ago. I paid about double this price. She loves it and successfully upgraded it to Windows 10 (but is having trouble connecting to a shared drive – but that’s not the fault of the computer, probably). Her model has a 500 GB HD where this one seems to have a 350 HD. I am thinking of buying this for myself, not that I need another screen in the house, but since I am unfamiliar with Windows 8 (and 10) this might be a good way to learn it.
Edited to add that her model is a Yoga model, probably more similar to the other computer on Woot today. In other words… “Never mind”… (embarrassing that my first Woot comment turned out to be poorly thought out)
From notebookcheck.net It’s not a lot though but it provides some additional resources for more info. There must be differing versions of the 131E because this article says the one they are talking about has an i5 processor where Woot’s is an i3.
