What is this chicanery? This is the exact same laptop that was posted this morning with the exact same price, description and specs, yet somehow the morning post is “sold out” and now we have the same deal with new comments?

The others were shipping out of an Amazon warehouse (our inventory). We sold out of those but our vendor had more that he could ship directly (drop-ship). So new sale.

These might take a day or two longer to arrive but otherwise, the same thing.

Does this work with a ThinkPad Ultra Dock? If so I am buying at least one, if not more.

I bought one this morning, but I am worried about this company, Metro Business Systems, that is supposedly providing a one year warranty. Their reviews are some of the worse I have ever read…the most common of which is no communication whatsoever! I have no faith in their ability to respond to a problem, if I have one.

Furthermore, spending another $35.00 for a good one year warranty from Square Trade makes this a poor deal.

I assume Woot will at least cover the first 30 days, as I should know by then whether I want to keep it. And/or will Woot assist us with holding Metro Business Systems accountable for the one year warranty if they are unresponsive?

Back in my day, when wooting we paid our money and taked our chances.

Well, those days ended a long time ago for me. Refurbished with what appears to be no warranty is a huge risk in my opinion, regardless of when it happens.

Same price on Newegg with Win 10 Pro.
