Does this model have the Wacom digitizer?

I am interested to know this as well…

Slow processor for the money. Much better deals at Costco.

Such as?

Maybe this. http://m.costco.com/Acer-Aspire-R14-Touchscreen-2-in-1-Laptop-|-Intel-Core-i7-|-Office-365-Personal.product.100215296.html

I’m interested in this as well.

Be careful, I bought similar Thinkpad Yoga and there is a serious ghosting issue with the LG screen. Otherwise a great machine, but the edges show ghosting almost immediately.

A 3.5 pound computer with a HDD is an ultrabook?

idk. You can buy the same machine except with an i7, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD used on Amazon for $632.39 http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-12-5-Inch-Convertible-Touchscreen-20CD00B1US/dp/B00I5F7SCK

[MOD: Ours is NEW.]

if this has wacom, i’ll buy it instantly

Our vendor confirmed with Lenovo. This unit DOES come with the Wacom Digitzer technology.

I’m waiting…

I’m mnot sure how it compares, but I have a Yoga 2 pro and I’m not ruper happy with it. Explorer will randomly stop working(downloading Firefox seems to have fixed that). It seems to mess with my wifi; as soon as I connect, the hotspot locks up and has to be shut down and restarted. And the most annoying issue is the keyboard will randomly quit working. Sometimes moving it to tablet mode for a second and back to laptop fixes it, but sometimes it needs to be restarted.

Best Buy geek squad did a BIOS update but didn’t fix it

While that Acer model is faster, the screen isn’t as sharp, the HDD doesn’t have an SSD booster, and it’s 50% heavier.

It’s a good deal, but this Yoga is a little more portable (though at 4 lbs, not “ultra” so).

Also Windows 8.1 on the Acer and Windows 8.1 Pro on this Lenovo.

My son used a different model Windows tablet for a couple years as a drawing tablet. He liked it over a Wacom tablet because you were drawing directly on the surface. Since it has Windows, you can load Photoshop (or Gimp), the Wacom drivers, and you’re set.

Where did that price come from? I’m seeing $1,516.80 + $21.79 shipping.
