Did anyone else have a mildew problem with these jeans? Mine absolutely reeked. I aired them out for a few days but no improvement. I emailed customer service 2 days ago but no reply yet. Grrrr.
Ew, that’s crap. I didn’t order from this sale, but I did order in a previous sale with no problems. CS will help you out, they may be running a bit slow. Make sure you check your spam folders too.

Thanks! No reply in spam but no problem waiting. Seems like they must have been stored in damp conditions: they were mildewed despite plastic bag packaging. There were a lot of different styles in that sale so I”’m guessing other buyers had the same issue

Thanks! Customer service offered a refund or replacement. Given the overpowering mildew smell, it’s it’s hard to imagine this was an isolated case. So I’m going for refund. I’d really bring this up with the seller.
Woot is the seller but the inventory was obtained from Amazon. Maybe some issue on their end. Again, sorry for the funk.
