Reviews over at Sam’s Club

Is there a phono input? How do u connect the sound bar to a record player?

Looks like the reviews over at Sam’s are less than favorable.

Personally, I have a strong dislike for all things LG. My last cell phone was an LG- could never receive an adequate signal. The house we bought has all LG appliances (much to my dismay). The one time we used the self cleaning feature on our oven, it fried the circuitry!

If this soundbar is of that quality, which is probably is, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Personally, my wife bought me a Vizio soundbar sans the subwoofer a few years ago for my birthday. It goes up to 15 bars in 1/2 increments (2 levels per bar). Anything above 5 basically rocks the house.

Link to correct product on Amazon since the “search Amazon” link takes you to some weird bundle with additional cables and whatnot.

You would need to get an RCA to 3.5mm adapter and use that input to use a record player. Judging by the other inputs, that is the only one you could convert RCA into.

Seems that it is a nice setup. Reviews all seem pretty good…you have to sift through all the ones that are Negative to really get a feel for the competency of the owners of the negative reviews…

What’s a record player?

So the sound is awful if I do this… I have to turn it up all the way to hear anything. Any other thoughts?
