Purchased this here to be a gift and shipped it to my parents place on the other side of the country. We just arrived for Christmas…unboxed and set it up. Sounds great, BUT when I got to the Bluetooth function it doesn’t go into “Ready” mode so it is unable to pair with any device. Not having BT also means it is not capable of updating the firmware. BT was the main feature I bought this bar for. Very disappointed, not a Wootastic Christmas!
Oh man, bummer. Did you happen to pick up an extended Square Trade warranty?
No ST warranty. Now the HDMI sound is dropping in and out as well.
