Unit arrived without a remote or instructions … also has the incorrect stand attachments for this model TV.
Oh no! I’m very sorry. Please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
I did send them an email.
Overall, I am not happy with this television. It’s missing parts, it is damaged on the left-hand side - looks like it was dropped, and the lower bezel is also damaged. I understand this is a refurbished product; but I could’ve picked up a competing brand brand new from Walmart for the same price
