I have not had this brand but unless you have no choice your better off getting a window unit. I ha e owned 2 portable a/c and they really do not work very well

We’d all like to know but the reality is that Woot won’t respond as they usually do not. Since they report sales tax to my state I’ll keep a printout of the page showing 1yr and hold them to it in a court here in my home state if they fail to honor it.

My experience is much different. I have a Haier portable A/C that works great. And window units make your house look like it has window units.

a) Woot usually does respond, but not so much on weekends.

b) You’d have to know absolutely nothing about how the law works in order to think any court (other than maybe Judge Judy) would care about the warranty length on your $300 AC.
