Mmmm… used earbuds.
I bought these new and love them
When I had an earlier version, the wires kept getting messed up. Now just click and retract.
2 issues -
- They feel like one day the cable will rip as they are so thin - but has not yet - prob about 8 months so far
- I find the Bluetooth range (when I forget my phone at the desk etc.) Shorter than my earlier LGs. but around a single room OK
In terms of refirb - not so sure but that is not based on any info or experience
New ones are on sale at Amazon for $134.83
Glad I bought these on woot cybermonday for $29
Also on Amazon, 24% of the reviewers gave this product 1 out of 5 stars. That makes me too wary to even consider this purchase.
Mine are very good and have held up well. Didn’t think they would, but they are great. Bought them here. Would buy extra couple pair if I’d have caught them on that cybermonday, darn! I thought this was cyberweek anyhow?!
“All they can here is your voice.”
Sorry… but… really? I’m telling ya’ll, you need a good proofreader, so send me an email and we can talk.
Bought these when they went on sale September. Honestly wouldn’t buy again. My wife and I have gotten better bluetooth headsets for cheaper from some of the no name brands on wish or Amazon. They’re just fine for listening to lectures, podcasts, audio books and for phone calls, anything that is primarily just people speaking but the bass is extremely lacking, highs are muddled, and volume doesn’t go very high, even with an EQ. It’s purely a listening to people talk set.
Range seems to be about 20 to 30 feet and it starts to cut out, which is pretty good. The retractable buds are a nice little slick touch. They are very comfortable so I suppose if you’re using these to just make calls all day they’re perfect, but don’t expect to do much more.
Also, after having used these for a couple months, I can’t believe that anyone ever bought these for $200. $60 that I bought them for seemed a bit much. $50, maybe.
Dammit. how did i miss THAT.
glad i saw this post tho, now I won’t buy these @ this price point just on GP. well, that, and… used earbuds. ick.
