The description says…Android 7.0 (Nougat), upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo). I just want to confirm that the device ships with Android 7.0 and has not been pre-upgraded to Android 8.0. Is this correct? Thanks!
I got one last time. Well, two, actually because the first one wouldn’t hold a charge. Both came loaded with 8.0. Also, both came with cables that half the time the phone says is improper and is not charging at full rate. And lastly, the one I kept (because at least it would charge) has micro chips/scratches. So 
I like the phone itself. Just wish that the first one would have charged because it was near-immaculate.

Sad that I missed this deal. I got one the last time and absolutely love the phone. Has everything I was and works awesome. I’ll be watching for it to come around again!
