Thanks for sharing that YouTube video. If you read the comments of that video on YouTube, Liberty Safe replied to the video asking the owner to contact them to resolve the issue. Someone asked if it was ever resolved, and the owner posted back that Liberty sent him a new safe which functioned perfectly.

Note - the picture for the HD200 is correct but the description is for the HD300 - which is a larger safe - the 200 does not have the shelf and may not hold multiple pistols
