This price is what Amazon has for one. It’s like a 2-fer.

Does anyone know how many times (approximately) it can charge a “typical” smartphone?

Can someone who owns one of these use an app like Ampere to get the actual charge output? (Aka does it perform like it should?) I play way too much Ingress and have managed to drain the battery while charging on some other battery packs.

Edit: Max charging speed

This is a nice product, and I’m very happy with the one I have. I have the 22,0000 version. But, if you discharge it all the way, or almost all the way, it takes 16+ hours to fully recharge it.

I think I was able to get 4 phone charges out of one charge from 22,000 version.

I have a similar one by Kimashi thats 10,000 and I can usually charge my phone completely twice and then some. We have the larger reviewed and the smaller so I imagine this can do 3/4 times?

I picked these up last time they were on here. Love em. They don’t charge your phone terribly fast, but I get 2-3 charges out of em for my Galaxy S3.

I’ve had a few of these throughout the years. Same companies, different names. They start out great, but life expectancy should be very low.

They will either:
Not take a charge any longer.
lose output connections (x2)
lose input connection

Great product, but don’t expect it to last more than 6 months.

Is there any indication of charge level on this one? No lcd but not even led indicators?

According to the linked product page further up in the thread, no, there isn’t a “charge indicator”.

Interesting design- no way to know if it’s fully charged or almost empty then, never seen that before.

I have a similar smaller model; mine doesn’t have an indicator, either. Had I paid more attention before buying, I might not have gone that route, specifically for the lack of indicator reason.

That said, for a quick top-off on my phone after I’ve fully charged the charging unit, I’ve not had a problem.

I have been trying to recharge mine. How long should it take? Seems like it is not charging.

My 10,400 LifeCharge product does have a Charge indicator, and as others mention, it does take a long time to charge, BUT, it easily charges my iPhone 6S completely 3-4 times… that being said, I picked these up thinking they were going to be a similar size, just ‘newer’ technology or something… but they’re note, they’re huge! >.< (I was out of the country with the sale, so I’m only now opening up the shipment). I’m very much worried that their size is going to be prohibitive.

Also… seems like these do NOT have a charge indicator >.<
