I am nearly 100% sure there isn’t a difference based on photos, but is there any difference in handles from the [Lifeline 26232904 Exchange Handles] and the [Lifeline R3 30-Pound Resistance Cable with Exchange Handles]?
I would love to have a compete bundle posted…bands 10-100 lbs, 2 pairs of handles, the door anchor, etc
Is there a difference between the purple cable in the kit and the individual purple cable? Are they the same length?

No, it’s more just a matter of whether you’ve already got handles and such; the cables are the same.
