Bought these from amazon a couple years ago. Extremely sturdy and a great workout by picking yourself up and letting yourself down.

Do you have to have 15 foot ceilings to hang these? How exactly do you use these in a. Normal house?

The Door Anchor is used by placing it over the top of the door and closing it. This locks in the ball behind the other side of the door. You can’t use it for direct suspension, but anything leaning is fine.
