JUNK! Received mine today and it was DOA. Not sure if it was damaged during shipping but there was a small chunk of black plastic and two silver screws on the bottom of the box when I took it out. Plugged it in and the red light on the back power switch came on but the from button won’t turn it on. No heat, no fan and the front light doesn’t come on either. Wonder what my options are…

I can not believe that a Woot representative (?) would tell you to deal with the manufacturer FIRST.
95 out of 100 times the manufacturer (whether it arrived D.O.A. or not) would expect you the consumer to pay for the shipping to send the item in for repair or replace.
To add insult to injury many of the same manufacturers want the consumer to pay for the shipping back to your home!!
That is insane in my opinion for Woot to tell you to deal with the manufacturer FIRST!
Woot, you just went wayyyy on down the list of people I want to buy from by saying this to a person that bought from you & got something DOA.
Sort of reminds me of that old “we stand behind our products & our customers!” (Yeah, how many miles are you behind me??)
Even though it was not my purchase, seeing as how you folks at Woot do not want to take immediate ownership of this persons problem.
I will not pick you guys out as one of my first stops in the future.

Hope your problem has been resolved & you have either received a refund or replacement by now.
Often the manufacturer can troubleshoot the problem on what seems like a defective unit.
