5c’s are a different size so most likely not.

I bought one of these cases for my Iphone 6 and I have to say I am kinda underwelmed. The lightning port is SO incredibly tight you HAVE to use a OEM apple cable to connect. none of the aftermarket lightning cables I have will work. even the smaller ones.
2nd the screw in pigtail they give you to use the headphone jack is manditory to use the headphone port. plan to carry it with you everywhere you will want to use music.
and 3rd coming from an otterbox defender its just not as tough as that case. So you REALLY give up a lot of function to have water resistance.
