I ordered 2 of the lifestraw filter bottles because they were listed as 1Liter bottles. What I originally received were 2 x 700ml lifestraw filter bottles. Requested an exchange through customer service and received replacements of 2x 700ml bottles- (still not the 1Liter bottles I purchased). I believe this listing is incorrect and should say 700ml instead of 1L.
You are correct. We imported an error from Amazon. I’ve ended the sale and alerted our team. CS will likely get an email out to customers sometime tomorrow or Wednesday.
