I don’t have anywhere NEAR 4000 weeks left. Can I get this at a pro-rated price?

Was really excited to put this on the wall in my office. Unfortunately, the one I received only goes up to 2000 weeks instead of the promised 4000. That only half of the weeks that were promised to me! Now what am I supposed to do with this thing? It gives me just a couple of weeks until I run out of bubbles to fill in.
I tried calling the manufacturer for customer service, but all they did was try to sell me another one of these things. The rep on the other end of the line was difficult to understand because he kept switching to Latin, and there was a lot of yelling in the background (other dissatisfied customers, I bet), which sounded like everything was on fire. He was was rude and pushy while trying to get me to sign some kind of “contract” on an installment plan with terms that made it seem like it would go on forever.
Such a negative experience, my 38th birthday was completely ruined.
Would NOT buy this again even if my life depended on it.
