I just read a comment from a staff member that included a link to the customer service form … and in the app the link goes to a page that says “something went wrong”. Is this a subtle message that contacting CS is useless?
No, of course not. The App has it’s own support area. On the bottom navigation, click on account. You’ll see a support link there.
