#6

nice bundle! nice deal!

TOO BAD I HAVE PRE-N

#7

looks like a good deal but I want to upgrade to “G”

#8

OK, so maybe 80.211b is not “that slow” for most uses, but is this considered an antique by today’s standards?

#9

Who uses b anymore? Oh yea, I do.

#10

Some of those don’t include all that woot is

#11

nice deal for some older, but still very usuable products.

nice woot!

#12

Does this work with an ipod?

#13

Note that the Froogle link above does not include as many components.

#14

802.11b, no thanks. 2.4 Mhz, no thanks. Referb, not a problem, I am not buying outdated hardware.
Nite Woot.

#15

I think Fred Flinstone still uses 802.11b

#16

have to agree, now if it were G…

#17

Was in the middle of buying - then saw the ‘b’ - yikes - close call!

#18

For a simple home network where there is not much distance involved, this is a great deal

#19

For anyone considering wireless networking, this is ONE HELL of a deal!!!

It is not as fast as the more prolific 802.11g, but is plenty fast and you will likely never need the speeds of 802.11g unless transferring HUGE files between computers in the home network frequently.

If I did not already have a 5 station wireless network at home, I would be all over this like stink on (well you know).

Great deal though no go for me tech to old.
