You may be using that warranty, I have two of the 5200,mAh versions. those like this make no mention of auto shut-off features, load sensing or a power button or even a brand name. You charge it up (red glow through the white plastic end cap until it turns green) and it begins discharging once you disconnect. The usefulness as a power bank exists in the short time after charging ends. dead in an hour. sort of like like a Lithium-ion capacitor. Your mileage may vary. even if true, I don’t think the price is any sort of a deal.
