The pics of the OMS 2000 show protective sheet-metal around the bulbs. However, the OMS 1000 bulbs are totally exposed. Please tell me the 1000 comes with the shield around the bulbs also. If not, it seems like a disaster waiting to happen.
Look on the Googles, it’s not uncommon. The sockets are protected and point down.
