Per the Specs Tab, this comes with wheels and air deck.
The one on woot is a light duty version. The Costco one is a Type 1A industrial duty version rated at 300lbs. It’s much sturdier and safer.

The costco one has 300lb rating, this one 250 lb. I have the costco one. It is a little heavy but is strong.
