Same exact issue for me.
No more replacements to send (but Amazon call sell me one and get it here tomorrow), so got a refund and a coupon. 
I’m not crying. Scored a deal on a Phillips Hue triple-monitor gradient light strip that’s purr-fect for my 34” ultra wide monitor. It solved a much greater problem.
Edit: tried it out, nice little basic mechanical keyboard. Might find a use for it. I do like its heft, this is no kiddie play plastic keyboard.
