How do you charge the remote?
In my case, I think someone in the shipping department might have been absent on the ‘include the actual remote in the box’ training. I got a hub and cords, but no remote.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
You don’t charge the remote. It uses a small coin battery hidden by a small cover towards the bottom of the front side (took me longer than I care to admit to find it.)
