woot seems to have cr*pped on themselves tonight with the IR thermometer. Sheesh!
If I have a 360 and a wireless network at my house would this do the trick when connecting the two with out running a wire thru my house???
This is, hands down, the worst woot I have ever purchased.
The units are worthless. They have a maximum transfer of 1.5 megabits per second, which is completely worthless for anything non-low-bandwidth gaming.
I regret spending money on them, which is why I advise you, the suspecting public, to GTFO as soon as possible.

pretty cool, but my xbox360 is too far from my ethernet cable for this to work. 
is there any way to get an update on your cellphone as to what each item is? instead of sitting here watching it??

And woot learns why NOT to drop such an obvious hint in yesterday’s woot. I’ve gotten a few “server too busy’s” already.
The servers do seem less then snappy - are they always this bad at the beginning of a Woot Off?
