Tariffs. I know, I know this is Japan, not China. Still Asian and all that.
Why in the world would anyone make jerky from this beef? First, it’s expensive. Second, it’s famous for its marbling. But in jerky, marbling is BAD! You want the leanest meat you can get to make jerky.
In my opinion, this is just dumb.
Just received mine…oh…my…goodness!!! This is, by far, the BEST beef jerky I’ve ever had! Tender…delicious…and nearly does melt in your mouth. WOW
