Bought 2, neither one works! Now the long process of driving to the UPS store to return 2 little flashlights 
This is a beautiful flashlight. Except it makes no light. I bought one: it didn’t work. I bought another. Same problem. Trying other sets of batteries did not help.
The worst part: Woot support simply will not respond to my two attempts to start a return. My first attempt was several days ago—plenty of time for Woot to reply. Maybe someone from Woot will see this and help me with the returns.
