Luxe Bidet

woot continues to lead the US retailers in promoting bidets!

I bought the 320 as my first bidet, it was excellent, water temp and pressure was easy to control. My wife didn’t like the bolt-on look of it so I went to a full feature swash seat.
This is a great product, but starts you down the road to a full featured seat with heat, fan etc. Once you have a bidet seat you will not go back.

Is this easy to install onto the water line?

These are amazing, they pay for itself in toilet paper alone. I won 2 of these but in different models.

The hot water option is not necessary, by the time you are clean you would have had to run the hot for a while. Ironically I like the lowest priced model the most as the nozzle is softer, yet just as effective.

As for the price, seem pretty comparable to Amazon

The hot water line requires a nearby/neighboring sink to tap into. the whole install takes half an hour. The warm water IS a necessity! all you do is run the water for a few seconds while you’re sitting there to flush the cold water between the sink and the bidet.

They may come with them now, but installing this under the seat requires a thicker “bumper” at the front of the seat, otherwise there’s about a 1/4" difference. I called the company and they sent me a free pair of thicker bumpers.

I upgraded to a chair height toilet and a swash…never going back!

I bought one a few Woots! ago and never going without one again. Once you try them they just seem so necessary. I also agree that the hot water model is not really needed. Unless you let the water run, you are done before the water gets warm. Getting ready to move and taking mine with me. I probably won’t even bother to hook the hot water up again, especially since the sink isn’t that close to the toilet at my new place. If you are even considering this purchase, go for it; you’ll be glad you did!

These are really great. I bought one off woot, and I only ever want to poo at home now.

this model fits round or elongate toilet seat?

it fits between your existing seat and the bowl…so it comes with longer attachment bolts and fits whatever seat you have.

Just to echo the above sentiments… I never hooked up the hot water and don’t need it. But it is nice in a “set hot to off” way of somewhat preventing accidents from kids.

I would suggest to consider that if you are rather well-endowed in the seat area that it’s probably better to look for one with a remote, as it is possible to be too wide to control this bidet. And no, moving it farther out isn’t so much an option as it moves the stream of water as well.

Setup of this unit for cold water is super easy: water off, unhook at tank fill, thread on the T connector, connect the water line, connect the bidet control water flow line. Do NOT forget to put the cap on the hot water input.

As for the seat: unscrew the seat screws, set the bidet position under the seat, attach the seat through the mounting bracket of the bidet.

If you want to see what the water does, temporarily cover the bowl with some plastic wrap. Make sure you dispose of the wrap after you observe! Someone will be quite upset otherwise.

Bidet little bit of your Luxe to me

$64 with Prime shipping for the Luxe 320 on the Mothership.

We got our 320’s in a previous WOOT and absolutely love having bidets in the house. I’m picking up another to take to my parents’ house when we go on vacation.

Hot water is -not- a necessity, but is nice to have.

Edit: We like our bidet so much that we try to never go to the bathroom when we aren’t home!

I have had a Luxe 320 for a little over a year and a half, and it’s great. It took a bit of getting used to initially, but like others have said, you save on toilet paper, but one can get too accustomed to this device, making it a point to poo at home if at all possible. On a different note, regular toilet cleaning is required when using a high pressure device such as this. Even with that, after about 18 months and one day, the regular (not female) nozzle began to fail to deploy. I had to get in there with a stiff brush and serious cleaning chemicals to get whatever was causing it to stick closed. The cleaning fixed it, but is now a required periodic procedure. It was probably mineral deposit buildup due to the hard water in my area. Finally, the cold water is not a problem, even at near freezing temps. It’s weird even considering buying something like this at first, but you will never want to be without one, even though you eventually will have to.
